Are Legacy Mint Co. coin albums safe for coin storage?
Legacy Mint Co. coin albums are manufactured using:
- Acid-free board (laboratory tested, neutral to slightly alkaline)
- PVC-free PET (polyethylene terephthalate) coin windows
Materials selected to provide a stable environment for coin storage and display. These materials have been independantly labratory tested.
These albums are designed to provide structured storage and presentation for coin collections when used under normal household conditions.
Please Note
Coins are sensitive to environmental factors including humidity, airborne pollutants, temperature fluctuations, and prior surface condition. Long-term toning, colour change, or surface variation can occur naturally over time regardless of storage method.
Legacy Mint Co. albums are intended for storage and display purposes. They are not marketed as conservation-grade, museum-grade, or investment-guarantee preservation systems.
How can I request a type of album?
We encourage any suggestions for future albums. That way we can release products that collectors actually want!
